My profession as an opera singer means that my appearance is a key element in my career, so when I started
noticing signs of hair thinning three years ago I felt really insecure and stressed. My hair thinning had
a drastic effect on my self-esteem, especially when I had to perform and my hair needed to be perfect.
I really believe it is important to live life to the maximum, so I faced up to my problem and started
using Nourkrin. Once I started, it took just three months to start seeing my hair grow back!

My hair has always been fine, but when I had to stop taking HRT a few years back it got so much worse.
Then I saw the video taken at the night before my son’s wedding. The camera had been positioned
just behind me (which I didn’t realise). All I could focus on was this bald-looking head right
at the front of the picture. It was horrendous and very embarrassing.
I have an underactive thyroid, but my blood tests were
ok, thyroxin levels correct, so that wasn’t the problem,
just genes I think.
I had reached the point of looking at wigs, when I saw

I used to tell the hairdresser not to show me the back of my hair through the mirror as it only
left me depressed, but now it looks so much thicker. I’m never going to have thick, abundant
hair, but at least I don’t feel that people are looking at my bald bits any more.
